Encore Upholstery & Design specializes in bringing custom interior design ideas to life. From initial concepts and drawings to final production and installation, we partner closely with our clients every step of the way to ensure that the highest quality standards and production deadlines are met.

Custom seating can be constructed in straight, in-corner, curved or U/S/L shape designs and built to your exact specifications. Encore offers a huge array of wood and metal finishes with specialty seating surface options in leather, fabric or vinyl for indoor and outdoor applications. We can also custom match materials to existing or new interior design elements.

All work is done in-house by our teams of experienced craftsmen in our state-of-the-art, 16,000 sq. ft. Las Vegas facility, allowing us to maintain the highest levels of quality control and the ability to consistently meet strict deadlines. We offer flexible and reliable production schedules to minimize downtime and disruptions during renovations.

Encore Construction Specifications
• Frames: Bases and subs are all 3/4" birch lumber using hardwood joints. Backrest frames consist of plywood uprights using hardwood for all horizontal supports and blocking.
• The springs are topped with burlap, 5/8" flexolator insulation and 1 1/2" high-density foam for maximum durability and comfort.
• Joints are glued and stapled, screws are used at major stress points.
• Seats are all hardwood and birch lumber with glued blocked joints.
• Backrests include wood base, lumbar support & hi-density foam padding.
• Our standard padding meets CAL-117 specifications.
• Springs are 9 gauge utilized spring support.
